Shipping
Wholesale customers do not qualify for free shipping or the use of “Bullseye Bucks” due to the discount on products
Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment (Excluding Sundays and Holidays)
Items are shipped with USPS unless the UPS/FedEx is chosen. Tracking is sent directly to your email once the package has been picked up.
Customers are responsible for all duties and other charges for international orders. Dart Brokers does not have a way to pre-determine the cost of duties or additional charges.
Refunds
Dart Brokers does not allow refunds on wholesale orders due to the discount on products. Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped and you have requested to cancel, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Defective Products
Defective product claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be New/Unused
- Products must be in original packaging
- Refunds will be issued when product is returned
